Very nice. One suggestion though. You should put the data from the headunit on screen, so we can see the speeds, wattage and heartrate. There are plenty of tools to sync the video with data.

So much better this way, much more exciting to get the true feel of how fast the descent was, as compared to the edited, sped up video with weird music.

Thanks for listening I enjoyed the raw footage. I'm glad your production is improving, but remember sometimes less is more. There is such thing as over-production that can make the user feel detached from the experience. Chapeau!

How fast are you going through the corners after braking through those hairpins? I am really afraid of of the bike sliding out from under me when I do this type of decent. I know there are many factors but for this instance on a dry surface nice day on these turns what was your speed?

Great descending skills there... Btw, just a question; I have a cheap road bike (about $500), and it has shifters on the hoods as well. This really annoys me, as I cannot shift whilst using the drops. So basically it turns into a fixie for sprinting. You obviously have a nice bike... So why use these? D you prefer them on the hood?
@theycallmejean10 жыл бұрын
These ones are a bit different, where the shifter is a bit lower, allowing you to shift from the drops. It's one of the characteristics of Campagnolo shifters. The old Shimanos and their entry level shifters still have those, like yours, but they're difficult to shift while in the drops. Hope this helps :)

This is amazing! I have a question about tyre pressure - I am fairly new to cycling but I recently cycled a 2km climb called Norikura in Japan. I had to let out air on the ascent due to the expanding air and change in air pressure. On the hour long descent, I tried to stop to top it up but my gas canister malfunctioned and I had to do without. I ended up getting a pinch puncture and being stranded! (rookie error) Anyway, it looks like you must have lost a lot of altitude here. My question is how do you and the (other) pros deal with big changes in air pressure due to the elevation change?
@fiddleronthebike9 жыл бұрын
+Shitbags And Nibs you should not have let out air - it changes only a few psi due to elevation; what is good at 500m is also good at 2500m
