Brandon Tyson While the OP is wrong, you are also wrong.For one, it's Freeza. For two, Cooler kind of fucks a lot of things up. His "final" form is actually a form BEYOND his final form. Freeza was born with his entire power level, in his final form. He may have been weaker as a child, but he never actually trained. Cooler was born in his final form as well- although we think of it as his semi-final form. Freeza and King Cold, and presumably Cooler although it isn't shown, developed lesser forms to suppress their power. Cold would have been able to transform if given the chance, yes- but not to a form beyond Cooler's.

So, like the video stated, they're theoretical looks of Coolers evolutions before Goku had met him. Power level wise it does not make sense logically. When Goku first achieved super saiyan, he was at around 150,000,000 million while 100% frieza was able to hold his own against him before losing power, so we put 100% frieza at 120,000,000 million. After Namek exploded, Goku went and recovered on planet Yardrat, therefore we can assume his zenkai would bring him to around 200,000,000 to 250,000,000 million. ( at most 300,000,000 million) Cooler's arrival on Earth was right after Goku's recovery on yardrat and his 5th form was said to have reached 470,000,000 million combat power. It does not make any sense to have an inferior super saiyan Goku having an advantage against a superior enemy in terms of strength, power, stamina and battlefield experience. Do take into account that even a minor power level difference of 20,000 when Goku was fighting the Ginyu Force was enough for him to utterly decimate Jeice, Burter and Recoome. Needless to say, a hypothetical difference of 220,000,000 million power level (470,000,000-250,000,000) would be more than adequate for Cooler to obliterate Goku.

They already solved this a long time ago that akria stated that the whole reason he introduced power level was to show how ineffective they were, and by relying on them they constantly the z fighters enemies would constantly under estimate them. Power even by his standards was never something to be measured. It about overcoming adversity. With each opponent goku had to fight with all he had and overcome his opponent with courage and determination. Just like nearly all asian martial arts... well anything.
