@@francescodefendi3201 I don't get what all these people are replying to tell me for. I'm a Beatles fan myself and find this cover really nice. The backing vocals are the same because it's the same song. I don't find anything wrong with this cover. 🤔
@francescodefendi32015 жыл бұрын
JOVANA !! Covering a song doesn’t mean you have to do the same things you can listen to in the original song. You could harmonize in many different ways (go and listen to some Jacob Collier’s stuff to understand what I mean...JC is a beast...a master 🙈). But all the people like things that they can easily recognize. A real artist push deeper and put a more personal touch; of course ...much more risk is involved. I wrote a comment to those backing vocals just because they don’t add nothing to the origianl song...but they are still good 😉

The Beatles cannot be imitated! Coldplay can't even be imitated! They are two unique and inimitable styles. It's very nice to hear Coldplay re-interpreting the Beatles piece ... Chris can also sing lullabies, and it's always amazing ... but Chris shows when you sing your own piece, written by you, and when you do the cover of another group. Your voice is always wonderful ... but when you sing your pieces you give off a crazy inner light ... in your pieces you see all your freedom, all your values, your passion in doing what you do, all your spontaneity and humility ... you see that special bond that you have among you group members ... a unique, strong and crystalline bond. For me the Coldplay group is the best group of all creation ... no one will ever get to them ... they are always there above all others ... Chris your voice always excites me ... Chris your voice and you are part of my soul ... the group is part of my heart. To say that I love you is an understatement! Coldplay Daily thank you for showing us this little find!

What is it about the Beatles music that just doesn't age on average? Besides so many obviously great attributes I think the underrated aspect is John's rhythm guitar playing which is unorthodox and propels the music in so many songs.

@Sphemus4 ай бұрын
That's the instrumental similarity. When it comes to their personalities, I'd say that the similarity is more like this: John Lennon = Jonny Buckland Paul McCartney = Chris Martin George Harrison = Guy Berryman Ringo Starr = Will Champion When the band released Viva La Vida in 2008, the band recycled the Sgt. Pepper outfits to show how much The Beatles inspired them, making the similarity more valid.

Is it just me or did the vocals sound like they’re like a half step behind the music? It just seemed a little off to me… I know the hard-core Coldplay fans will give me shit for this but I’m just objectively stating this
@solitaryjewel3075 жыл бұрын
Oh hello there. I am the hardcore Coldplay fan that you (probably) fear of for this comment. I won't yell at you because this fandom is 20% toxic. Anyway: yeah actually, it sounds like it in some parts of the song but they quickly fix the vocal timing in other parts of the song. It's a little confusing and probably unsettling to some ears, (I've been there.. eesh..) but actually I don't think their voices are behind. I think we feel that way because their guitar playing is pretty strange here, I gotta say.

I don't know why I don't like this. The key seems too high for Chris Martin, and it sounds like they did very little preparation ahead of time.
