I couldn’t tell you how many different ways I’ve spec’d a 718 Spyder, I am not too far off from trying to get my hands on one, although with limited productions and allocations, it may have to be used. With that said, you left no box unchecked, that is a monster spec on that car. Carbon buckets, PCCB’s, PDK, carbon fiber, contrast stitching… I like your style.

I had a black on black Porsche once, bout made me crazy keeping it clean. Black is gorgeous but shows the dirt and swirl marks and needs to be professionally buffed out every few months. I became obsessed to my detriment. Don't let this gorgeous thing make you crazy, Bless you heart, have fun.You deserve this.

I've owned two black Porsches for some time so I am well aware of the issues. However one of the things about having the PPF fitted is it stops swirl marks and make it much, much easier to clean.

There is a U.S guy i can strongly recomend you check out. Hes name is matt moremann and has a channel called obsessed garage. He has some issues and much ocd, he also have your porsche and other porshes and cars etc. he also only buy porshes if he can pick them up without them touching it. he takes it from there. he details the car for weeks before driving from dealership. he also buy every exhaust on the market and change it uptil 14 times until he finds right exhaust notes, no money spared. i think you would enjoy his channel and all his contact in his videos. he is a little to much, but he is honest and say exactly what is what without sugar coating anything, hes version of your new car is astonishing

Between the SY salary and long times onboard must leave you with some considerable extra pounds to play with. Best price I could come up with for a base 713 spyder was $98,300.00. Nothimg more exciting than taking delivery of a new toy!

I had to wait for my PPF appointment and it made me really nervous driving around without protection, especially with the bumpers. My car is three years old and it looks better than the day that I picked it up. It’s amazing what a professional can do, as compared to the dealer or even at the factory.

Well if it’s sunny the Spyder will almost always be the first choice. Because of the OPF filters now fitted, the sound of the car is quite muted. I’ll reserve judgement until it’s run in and I’ve driven at hard.

It’s not defective, but it’s not prepared as well as getting a specialist to do it. They will prep it absolutely perfectly and the wrap it with protective cover. The car will never get swirl marks and be protected from stone chips.

Quick question. Is there an exemption for you to not isolate for the 10 day period as you only came from Italy at the start of this week. Not trying to be funny just wondered if there were different rules for people returning home from business purposes. I understand you can use the release from isolation programme by paying for tests but thought this was after 5 days

The dealer offered a finishing service and ceramic coating but I wanted PPF which they currently don’t offer. Plus there are other companies near to me that do PPF but I wanted Topaz to do it.
