Really enjoyed that, Ken. I might try and learn this on my Brunswick tenor, but by the light of a single table lamp. I hope you are well sir.

That's amazing sir! i love your voice. I've just known the ukulele until now. Your Baritone Ukulele is great too. I want to have one and play like you so much.

Very nice. I've heard several of these old Harmony baris and had the chance to play one from a local seller. I haven't heard another with their unique folky sound.

Well I will give you a “Heads up for the Camerawork Ken” 😅 as well as a great demonstration of your Living Water Strings, they really sing. If anyone was in doubt as to their quality and tension your passionate playing illustrates their quality. And like a good wine it’s great to see you maturing and playing with great gusto as usual. Well done and loving the Baritone.

Sounds nice, doesn't it, Pete. A little distortion, but that is from the volume on the mic, not the uke.

Thank you for the music, Ken. I am your old fan. What you are doing sounds so cute for my Russian soul. I know it is strange but If I close my eyes, I sometimes think that you are playing the balalaika :)

Re-entrant tuning on a baritone is wonderful, Ian. It stops it sounding like a toy guitar.

Yes, I used to view baritones somewhat differently until I discovered that they sound very different with re-entrant tuning.

Love. I have close to the same year Harmony and can't get it to stay in tune well. What do you recommend? Know for sure, it needs new strings. Much help appreciated. Thanks!
@KenMiddletonUkulele9 жыл бұрын
Just get new strings and make sure the tuners are not slipping.
@KenMiddletonUkulele11 жыл бұрын
This baritone was a gift. Don't know much about it. It is laminate. Has a very high action. Sounds OK. Depends what you mean by collection. I don't collect ukes really. If you want lots of instruments, then get one. They are not expensive.

Great performance- sings like John Prine and plays like Bob Dylan or maybe the other way around? LoL! Kidding! Please say a little more about your Harmony Baritone. Approx. how old? Laminate or solid wood? Though inexpensive and relatively common they are worthy of a collection. Do you agree? Take Care-

I was trying to play along, but I guess you're not tuned the same? I'm in D, though linear, and it should play the same, unless I'm not understanding what chords you're playing. I figured out the key, but your chord shapes seem different
@KenMiddletonUkulele3 жыл бұрын
It is in tune to regular dGBE tuning. In the key of G. Don't forget that it is a baritone. This is why the chord shapes are different. Only 3 chords though so it is easy to play along with.
@Flint31623 жыл бұрын
@@KenMiddletonUkulele I figured out later that you're plating F#, C#, and B. I primarily play baritones too, though not as well as you do, lol.
