Great review Mr Middleton, thank you for sharing! I am waiting for one to arrive, now! I see that Ohana have recently changed to a bone nut/saddle on the SK38, which I like, but I have also heard that the finish has changed as well - is that correct? If so, to what? It appears a little lighter. Is it still the hand-rubbed finish? Thank you!

No idea, I'm afraid. I stopped working for Ohana quite a few years ago.

This really makes me think about where I am in life and what’s really important. It makes me miss my childhood days, but it makes me want to cling to Jesus for the hope and peace that He gives, which is so different from this worlds. Thank you.

First one Ken sounds the best totaly different to what you expect. That dosent mean the 2nd isnt good they are both great performed by a Master. Just wish i could play like you.

The one without the tuner sounds warmer, softer. With the tuner is harsher but more defined. To my ear, on a phone speaker, I prefer the softer tone
