@ChristopherSadlowski2 жыл бұрын
I read recently that there was an explosion of STIs among residents of nursing homes and assisted living places. The doctors and nurses said a refresher of sex ed would probably help bring those rates down. The thought of a bunch of 60 and 70 somethings in a room like a group of high schoolers being taught how to use condoms again makes me chuckle to myself.
@YamiTheEevee2 жыл бұрын
@@ChristopherSadlowski lol we were taught this in high school, it was kinda funny (in health class)
@spy6205 Жыл бұрын
@@ChristopherSadlowski yup, retirement homes/communities have one of the highest rate of STDs. They’re absolutely rampant. It isn’t that they don’t understand sex Ed per say, it’s that the risk of pregnancy is nonexistent so they don’t care about using protection. They don’t care about long term risks associated with STDs since they know they don’t necessarily have long for this world so they’re not as concerned about developing them. Also, everyone is old and wrinkly anyway so people are a lot less picky about who they hook up with in general - a man who can still get it up at that age is a blessing to those communities so they’re gonna take advantage (at such an advanced age, even viagra can’t cut it sometimes & it’s usage comes at a higher risk).

Its made me get used to it but sometimes that feeling of not being good enough for anyone pops into my mind. So when Debbie said 'is it worth the pain', I was like 'I tell myself this way too many times'. And when Leo was mentioned it, I was like 'oh no, here's where I'm gonna feel attacked. My best advice is to love yourself. Once you love yourself you can try again. Be cautious but also open minded. And lastly don’t put pressure on yourself to find someone. The right person for you will come. It takes time. Live your life and try to not compare yourself to others. 😊

Late af but it doesn't. When you hit menopause you stop secreting lubrication, but the only thing that changes the elasticity of your vaginal walls is multiple child births or some kind of trauma to that area. It always "seals back up". If it's looser then usual during sex, that means you're more relaxed.

Dude I’ve been watching your channel on and off for a while but it was the 90 day fiancé videos that made me subscribe. You’re so spot on about this show, every line you say is a killer

My mother met her third husband on a dating site in 1998. They met in real life, knew each other for two weeks then got married. They have been together ever since and share a house in Wyoming.

Sure but in 1998 the internet was much smaller and scams weren't as rampant.

I’d just like to say. I’ve been having a sucky up and down mental health week. But I laughed so much more while watching your video than I have all month. I truly pray that you feel better soon, Leo. Your humor, genuine personality and positivity are so needed on this space and in the world in general. XO. one of your big babies

Anyone glad that she's out there, but also still destroyed at the same time? Like I'm genuinely happy for her, but also ruined for life

At first I was excited, but now I'm 50 seconds into the video and already traumatized

The same things you wish for Debbie, I wish for you. You're stronger than you think. Waiting to see your arc too.

That last part really resonated with me. Although I’m young, I’ve had a hard time being open with people that I go on dates with. It may sound very corny but one of the best lines I’ve ever heard was from To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before where Lara-Jean says “The more people you let into your life, the more that can just walk right out.”

That last comment from Debbie resonates so hard. At one point I decided to give up on relationships then about 2.5-3 years after I met my current gf and I love her. We've been together over 3 years now and each day I am happier and love her more and more

Yes Leo. That is what they actually do in old folks’ homes.

Debbie: “He told me to stop talking.” Me: *barfing* “Please do.” This one really cracked me up the entire video! Cheers 🤣
