Must be charged with Felony Murder! This was a NON EMERGENCY call (again) about a running car. Why was this cop on private property with his gun out ready to shoot over a car running that was reported on the STREET and not on private property. I am a union member. The way ours works in the event of termination is you get fired. Then the union has the option to "fight to bring you back with conditions " and after you are fired THEN you get the chance to COME BACK. But you do indeed get fired first.
