Nice! :) Really helpfull video. I struggled with knowing what to do and when to do what. My ilvl is 536 and I did around 108-110k dps but after watching this video I started doing around 150k dps :) Still a long way to go to reach your dps but I'm getting there :P

I will be recording all bosses that I am in for this upcoming week Immerseus-Garrosh all on heroic, I will most likely just put up videos with no commentary and just a short intro with music. It should still give you a good idea of how the fights are as a rogue.

Thanks for the video, as someone who's came back from Vanilla, Rogues have changed quite a lot. I have one question though, is it worth to wait for bandit's guile and time it with KS / AR+SB? I know when you're in the yellow, stacking anticipation stacks and blowing them on red is good, but is it worth to wait awhile to get into red, or is it better just to go through the rotation regardless?

it can be if you only need like 2 more hits to get to red i would hold off if you are have KS ready. KS with red is pretty important unless its impossible to get. i would only delay my cds a few seconds because of how fast they come back up. So most of the time i would say use on CD but if you are 1-2 maybe 3 hits to red maybe wait for that if you have KS ready otherwsie just use as normal because if you use ar/sb a few before red its fine because of how fast u are hitting u may only lose 1-2 seconds of the red buff inside of cds but it may allow you to get another KS in red because of the cd resetting sooner. Also if possible it seems to be best to hit a rupture within the last 2 seconds of red so its snapshotted red for the duration of 0%, green and yellow then re apply in red again.

I actually prefer cloak and dagger instead of shadowstep, it gives me a longer range and is faster for ambush and doesn't have a cooldown. Every rogue I've talked to in flex raids have told me the C&D are the best for getting up behind things and hitting them.

C&D basically has a 2minute cd i cant justify longer range for that long of a cd. plus a lot of the time i end up vanish prep vanish again so it would be wasted. But if you like using it that's good for you I personally just prefer the other 2.

Hey man,I seem to be having problems with bursting in a raid environment. Other rogues in similiar itemlevel are doing around 1 million burst, and I barely reach 700k a lot of times. Could you please give some advice on this? :/

2 sec before pull pot and go into stealth ambush revealing strike put up your slice and dice and get your first killing spree out. When you get out of KS use your AR/SB macro and use SS to get to 5 cp get a rupture up and then just maintain your buffs and debuffs while using ss to gain and evics to spend cps. Dont go past 7 cp while pressing SS what i mean is if u have 7 cp and hit ss with our cds up you are guarenteed 2 cps and have a 20% chance to gain 3 if u do gain 3 u have hit the cap which is 10 but when u spend your next finisher you wont get the guarenteed extra cp from ruthlessness because u were full. Also watch yourself if you use 2 cp finishers in a row during SB/AR theres a high chance you wont get the reduction in your cds from restless blades it just doesnt recognize the 2nd finisher so instead of 20 sec off of your cds u will only get 10. Try prioritizing KS more. If you are in Deep Insight(red bandits guile) and your KS is up always use it. Lets say you just are halfway through deep insight with ar/sb going and your KS comes up try to just gain as many cp as u can and then KS between 3-4 sec left on deep insight because then u get the 30% dmg increase to that KS and u have like 7-9 cp to use right after to start reducing your cds again.. dont forget how good vanish and ambush are it can keep your rotation going and let u get enough cp to get out your cds faster.

If you have revealing strike on a target when u use sinister strike u have a 20% chance to gain an extra combo point. What the 2 set does is when u gain that extra combo point your next sinister strike or revealing strike has its energy cost reduced by 15. It says stacks up to five times but thats actually impossible for combat
