@@jdcommander7026 yeah, Dread Return was mostly a relic of the time this deck was looking to turbo out hermit wins. It has turned into a more consolidated midrange shell that leverages Hermit and Witch for hard to interact with wins. The dread return got dropped to better accommodate this change and make room for the busted card that is Ad Nauseam If you want to talk more, feel free to reach out on Ian’s discord server!

You definitely can kill all of your opponents with infinite colorless, horror and a talisman too. The math works out when Jeska only needs 1 red and the damage increases each time you cast her.

The card definitely can be built for cEDH. An infinite mana outlet is always something to look at. Definitely better now with swift configuration druid as well

Hullbreaker Horror seems to me a very good card in Jeska Ishai. The deck needs infinate mana plan Bs and Hullbreaker does it basically by themself.

I love krark sakashima I play that deck but I'm getting sick of seeing only partner commanders and 4 color and 5 color decks doing well it's getting really old, cedh is starting to feel stale to me

You should take a look at some of the other tournaments I've covered. Especially the commander's vault one. Many super unique decks there like r/b chainer

@@ComedIanMTG ya I've definitely seen that one dont get me wrong I know there are some spicy two colored decks out there I mean you made winota what it is lol. It's just in most of the cedh content I see everyone its so cookie cutter I know that's how you win I mean those 4 color partner decks are incredible and that's why everyone plays them, maybe Its more so that I wish wizards printed more powerful mono color commanders cuz that's what I enjoy playing lol. Like if I'm not playing godo or urza I feel like I'm at a disadvantage when playing mono colored.

@@ComedIanMTG I just like playing a color in its purest form allows me to be really creative and use things people just never see coming but I feel like the commander choices are slim. Do you think that the mono colored commanders on the cedh database are the only ones that are playable in the cedh format, I know you can really play whatever you want but power level wise are those the only ones worth going for?
