Who is responsible to repair the society building?
As pe Bye - Law No. 155 :
It shall be the responsibility of the Committee to maintain the property of the Society in good condition at all times and to redevelop the Society buildings/property, if necessary, as per Government directives from time to time and as per prevailing laws. Please refer Bye -Law N0 156 to 159 also.
