Rock’n’Roll came with a lot of the Amiga 500 sets. Great game, with a weird little intro with peas playing instruments.

An amazing bundle there Steve! Bloody Hell 😍 It's incredible that so many of those titles are really difficult to source! Plenty of NTSC U/C games in there too strangely enough, I saw a copy of Thundercats a few months back, but the seller in Germany wasn't interested in sending the game over here. Awesome mate! 👍

To be fair there were a few poor ones but just sold them in a bundle, was just lucky the ones I bought it for were decent, and I think out of about 150 games I’ve tried so far have only 2 haven’t booted

That was an epic haul, quite a few games I have heard of or owned years ago nd a heck of a lot I never knew existed. The big reveal at the end - I did have that game when it came out but only a copy, never the original. Really enjoyed this and it was very much the Deal Of Deals 😁👍🐻

What a great stroke of luck getting involved with the chap who was organising the sale of the amiga games and even better that he's clearly a sound fellow too. Epic amiga additions and even better the whole of the big lump cost you nothing too including ggs, I do remember playing that bitd, obviously a copy so knew the story so it's great that you now own a copy, you must be well chuffed. Not too many games today I really remember playing tbh, a few I did though, the normal arcade conversions, barbarian etc etc, impact I had on the cpc, great arkanoid clone. You've reminded me I need a version of dynasty wars in my collection, I had a pc engine one but Eddie took that as the cover art isn't great, over the past few years I keep putting bits of games in some boxes hoping to make them whole again, things like Nintendo boxes missing carts, manuals, disks, cds, I have managed to sort some and someone took quite a few boxes last year I'm clearly never going to find carts for now but somehow I have the one half of a cpc dynasty wars box lol must have been part of a bundle I've bought bitd, absolutely loved the game bitd and not the most common of games iirc, coral island in Blackpool had a line of identical cabs running various boards, probably some sort of electrocoin jammas thinking back, I used to always play dw, loved it, quite like horses actually, I often talk to some who live in fields around here, don't worry I've not heard them talk back, yet hahaha One thing though, I know you said it's an amiga special vid so your already aware but I'm gutted the usual walkaround of the gamesroom wasn't a feature in today's vid lol

It was a really strange bundle as for the most part I’d say the games were very early releases, which is so cool to see Will definitely feature the walk round next time, just didn’t want to spoil showing the games on shelves before actually showing them properly, will hope to get an update out this Friday

I've watched this twice now. Way too much to comment on 🙈 Omg impact. Glad you put the sound effects on, it brought floods of nostalgia back. I actually really liked the gianna sisters... but not £300 worth. But fair play that's an amazing piece for the collection. Amazing pickups really enjoyed this one

Epic pick up buddy. Love hearing the story on how you got them and your options on the games. Shame the punisher wasn’t any good as I do like that game on the md. Some fantastic art work and what a great haul. Well done mate loved it.

Finally got around to watching this. Great stuff and worth the money. A lot to comment on. Some early and rare shooters there which I have but not all big box so a hint of jealousy perhaps ;) Quite like the Rainbow Arts label and picked up a bundle myself a while back. Not after all their games though! Good stuff mate.

Ohoy , mate ! Long time , no see. What a collection of games. Most of them , I’ve never seen or heard of. BUT....... Lost patrol is one of my ”Dirty dozen+” of games that got me into the A500. I still got it , although my box is in awful condition. Great video ! Stay safe.

I never bothered with ads until you said KZbin will do more to promote vids with ads…I never manage ads…just turn them on, let me check the options🙈 I’ve honestly not seen a Giana Sisters actually sell in the last 10 years, definitely a much rarer game than Moonstone and some of the other supposedly rare Amiga games

@@Sinisteve its better to turn them on yourself mate (YT will be putting ads on everything soon even those who cant monetise) so your better off getting a few quid yourself, but yeah just manage the midrolls otherwise they flood it, i just stick 3 ads, start, middle and end

Credit to the guy who collected them in the first place, and more credit to the guy who sold them, for keeping them in such a nice condition. I have a feeling they aren’t one and the same. Most people who take inventory of a collection like this (and don’t want them for themselves), probably don’t have the nous to understand that condition is key. And Amiga boxes take up a lot of space.

To be honest I was getting the impression that someone had passed away and it was a house clearance, can’t be sure though…the games were in varied conditions due to storage, was gutted about some having damp stains inside but they didn’t really smell damp…it was strange, I have been really lucky that the main ones I wanted for the most part were really nice and then just tried to look after fellow collectors with decent deals for ones I was moving on, I think everyone’s been happy

We all have a thing for Jessica rabbit ❤️. Awesome bundle mate, been looking at Amiga stuff myself lately, few ocean titles I need for my wakelin collection. Oooh judge dredd, another one I keep missing. Crazy cars 3 was definitely the best in the series, but I quiet enjoyed the first 2. I have the same boxed version of barbarian but for the zx spectrum, poster is missing unfortunately. Loads I've never heard of 👍

Congratulations on getting that last one (avoiding a spoiler). I thought the exact same thing about the disk covering the label as I remember that mix and match copy from a while back, but I looked into it and worked out it was right because only the Amiga copy has the word “disk” there. More generally, great to see a video with so many Amiga games including obscures ones and jewel cases (especially as things seem to have slowed down on ebay), some really nice stuff in there.

How was I not subbed to you before? Mate this is an AMAZING bundle!!! My time will come one day lol. They all look in great condition. The light gun games for Amiga are picky as to which lightgun you have sadly :( I tried for house back in the day to get my Trojen Light Phaser to work with Capone, but its just not compatible.

Haha you’re not missing much mate😂 I still need to dig my light gun out…I literally have never even tested the light gun itself for anything and can’t remember the brand…I remember the same pack selling for around £70 on eBay which really surprised me, thought people couldn’t give them away

This might be a silly question to u ,but bear in mind I never owned an amiga back in the day ,I was st ...I have amiga 1200 with whdload now ..can I buy an original game and put the disk in and will it just load up ? Any special things I should know with doing this? 🤔 ..I don't wanna break it in anyway lol

Yeah it would be fine, you would normally have to put the disk in first then boot, quite a few older games don’t like booting from workbench… Also as great as the 1200 is, there are compatibility issues with some older games too👌🏼

@@Sinisteve sound..I'll probably try to get a game that only comes in the smaller view ..some are full screen and some have part of the screen unused ..maybe that's to do with the whdload set up ..god knows how to fix that ..currently watching ur vid ,just at barbarian big box release lol

You’ll probably find that’s how they were coded, loads of Amiga games weren’t full screen to save on memory and whdload is pretty accurate…Sensi soccer would be a decent one to test…a must in everyone’s collection

@@neil1922 you should still have no issue…I put it’s out to friends/fellow collectors first (mr bads, without further ado, retro tnt) and was literally selling them for half the value… Then went onto the Amiga Facebook groups and looked after those members too Then whatever nobody wanted just was bundled up and put on eBay £1 start no reserve… The fact I made my money back just showed how decent the original deal was but bare in mind absolutely nothing was tested and I had no clue of condition apart from a few pictures (none from inside the boxes)
