I am the manager of a young lady who is the do-gooder of the clinic. Everyone loves her, and she's always doing things to "help", but unfortunately I can see right through her now that I'm on the healing journey from a narcisstic relationship. She actually only does nice things for praise and compliments, and when she doesn't get it (from me) she stonewalls me. I give praise and compliments, but only genuine, and I cannot be artificial. She hates that I won't say what she wants me to say. Unfortunately as long as I'm working there , and I have been there for 25 years (she's 22), I will have to tolerate her. It's so frustrating that others can't see it.
