I will work on my persuasive skills. This skill is an art. It's important to express your point of view without imposing on another person's thought process. To me the idea is to use active listening effectively then follow-up with your point of view last to allow the person to give your point of view consideration. It's important too seem confident but not pushy. What are your thoughts or recommendations?

Thru my experience over the years is the way one needs to qualify is damn shocking as to what all these agencies require,once fortunate by getting the job you'll soon realize what a piece of cake the job is and you will even notice how many working for years within the company still don't know how to produce.,not even top management.

I think anybody can improve with practice over time. I've seen shy and quiet people become confident communicators. Some people have a natural talent for it. That's true too. They may pick it up faster than others. Still, anybody can get better than they are now with practice.
