Could you make a video describing the 4th ammendment in relation to stop and ID laws? If possible specifically cover Texas penal code 38.2 regarding Failure to ID. How would you be able to investigate a crime without determining the identity of the suspect ect.

A "stop and ID" is a seizure, a Terry Stop and must be supported by reasonable suspicion. I'm not familiar with the Texas law but I will add it to my list of things to research. Thanks for the comment!
