Hello Michael. I meditate 8 years . I found your chanell randomly like 1 month back . I tried a Lots of “meditation chanels etc., but not many of them was doing advanced techniques like you! Please give us a session on ayamas and niyamas in detail. This video was very calming and soothing . The guidance is important to avoid the mind from straying.

For me it was not calming at all, although I really like your voice and the meditation itself. It arose a lot of anger and sadness for me. Not able to center at all.. but I love to try more of your meditations. ❤ thank you😊
