As I promised, here is the Legs workout routine for perfect and ripped legs. The routine is specially and perfectly designed by me. By using the intense experience I’ve gained over years, this workout routine eliminates all of those odds and most importantly, will save you from injuries.
Legs workout is one of the most feared workout routines as it leaves you sore for some days. But with a proper diet and exercise routine, coming over the soreness is very easy. And consistency is the key in everything and in case of legs workout, it is consistency mixed with proper technique and dedication, that will drive you towards your goal of perfect ripped legs.
One of the most important things that assist in getting those perfect gains and curves, is using proper technique.

It's a really nice dumbbell set, but it cost way to much. kzbin.infoUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 I guess that's just how things are now days. 😕 other than being way over priced they are a wonderful weight set. My only one complaint is they are kinda bulky although at just over 55 lbs I can see why. Very user friendly and I've had no real issues. After one year if anything happens I will re-review.

Sir, I'm a big fan of you. I regularly watch your every videos. The unique part of your videos which makes it special, that is The Detailing (like in this video: breath, position of toe, conducting muscle area with respect to toe etc.). It's really impressive. ❤❤ Now a days I think everybody wants to see some home exercises for different muscles with a pair of dumbbells.

Sir nicely explained. I have been reading few muscle workout anatomy books. You demonstrating all these helped me to execute them.. I have been telling my friends the same things but ppl even the trainers at the gym are giving out wrong ideas.. I will share these videos to them. Hope all get this... Legs are a definite muscles that strengths our body balance with the core.. thanks again for this video

Sorry sir but rode please karne k liye spine of scapula hi sahi hai kyo ki trap par baar rakhne par injuri ke chances jayada honge or centre of gravity match na hone k karna spinal lower back pain bhi aasakta hai. Head down position 45 degree floor concentrate ek achhi lift de sakta hai. Ek Natural position hai jo all sensor systems active mode me rakhta hai jisse 90% chances injury and accidents se bachata hai.
