I remember few years back after my wife died, I was left alone with 3 kids. I suffered severe depression and mental disorder. Got diagnosed with bipolar. Not until a friend recommended me to psilocybin mushrooms treatment. Psilocybin treatment changed my life for better. I can proudly say i'm totally clean for 6 years and still counting. YES sure of mycologist Predroshrooms. Mushrooms literally got me off my feet and turned my whole life around. I am currently a housing manager for a recovery program. I wouldn't have been able to do that shit without psilocybin.

Unfortunately, I don't think you will have justice if you mean having the perpetrators feeling guilt over what they did. But please persevere. Find a therapist who practises EMDR. It is painful but worth it. Thinking of you and wishing you well.❤

I suggest a licensed psychologist, social worker, or counselor. More important is the training the professional has in treating complex PTSD. There are different approaches to treating PTSD. Discuss with the professional what is their approach, the number of clients they have treated with their approach, and the training they have received in treating PTSD. Teaching , low stress desk jobs , caring for animals , etc - better to take professional guidance from psychiatrists and psychologists , and treatment first .

Most of my life was like a POW camp. Couldn’t escape. But, God planted angels in my life. It’s been a difficult journey but-PRAISE GOD-my life has gotten better. There is plenty of hope for all of us. It is only through Christ that I can say this. My CPTSD was pure evil that was inflicted into my life through my father. I see that now.

@@morbidmusing I was diagnosed with CPTSD years ago, but I'm far enough along in my recovery to sometimes joke about it! Lots of therapy and lots of EMDR really helped.
