In fact the more I watch these podcasts, the more I realize Conan is far and away the best and realest TV show host in the history of television. I realized only through the podcast how passive aggressive Conan is, how much anxiety he has, and how his closest employees are the butt of his jokes a lot. BUT that only makes me an EVEN greater fan of him. That he airs his weaknesses and not just his strengths like all other talk show hosts, that he is REAL about who he is, and most importantly, that despite of his weaknesses or maybe because of them, he is still extremely funny. Conan did not have to do this, his show ended on an amazing note and most people would not have known about all the weaknesses Conan has. But he still chose to do this anyway, due to his love of comedy and creation. Conan, you're the best and I hope you get to see this.

@@mediocreman2 I meant in terms of bullying and harassing his employees yet loving them at the same time. If Conan behaved like this while running or managing a regular 9-5 office of a normal company like say a paper selling one😉, he would probably have multiple lawsuits on himself! But being in the entertainment industry and especially in the comedy world, it is welcomed as long as he delivers it comically. The work environment in the entertainment industry always has a different set of rules(or sometimes no rules) compared to any other professional work environment. You can see this in the stories these celebrities tell on talk shows as to what happens on a movie/tv/modelling sets which would be completely inappropriate for any other work environment.
