If you look at the lines, the white suv crossed two full white lines to change lane while the truck did it where he was supposed to do it, I'd say the suv his at fault on this one like 70/30

I wouldn't say for sure that it's the truck drivers fault. This seems like he watched and that SUV was speeding. Btw if you look at the angle of the truck at the point of Impact the mirrors have been facing into a strange Angle (might be lessend by rounded mirrors but i don't know this Vehicle this good)

He definitely cant see from his mirror due to his angle, but that's why you also don't change that many lanes at a time.

Dude, it was the fault of the truck driver, lol. Even if traveling the speed limit, it's hard to predict another vehicle's operating incompetence. 😂😂😂

White vehicle did not change lanes, lol. The driver was clearly traveling in his/her lane. Truck driver should have waited until the lane was clear. Truck driver's fault. Period.
