You stopped short of explaining the use of the Sent To... button. Can you explain it's function? I was hoping it would color code my name to the person I was sending to, but instead it messed with the formatting of other emails that I had received that did not even have name or email address of the person I had specified. Very frustrating.

So I found your video while trying to resolve a problem. I use conditional formatting already, but now I have a need to format emails with certain words in the message body. For some reason it appears filtering on "message" contains, does not work. Have you run into this? Unfortunately your vid did not use this criteria as an example.

Wouldn’t it be great if: Smaller = 9pt Normal = 12pt Big = 15pt Bigger = 18pt I could get to implement fonts that look clean and sharp at those point sizes! 😁
