I’m super glad about my decision to attend the coaching summit this past weekend, I feel like now I understand so much more and it’s going to be easier to program for the athletes and their sport. Keep it up!!!!!

Thank you for coming out. It was awesome to have you and really glad you found the Summit helpful. We plan to make it bigger and better next year!

mmmm, i agree with some of this. Football is an anaerobic sport, meaning its done at 100% max explosivness. So slow endurance or ( Aerobic) endurance doesn't totally apply to football. You'd want to do high effort sprints with short rest to mimic a football game. Training like a marathon runner isn't going to make your speed endurance WAY better. However, doing high rep explosive lifts could help.

This is some awesome content. I see now I don’t know as much as I thought I did. Can you do a video on military performance and ways we can improve from just doing old school long distance runs and hikes?
