These condos are geared towards the local buyers. I just bought an investment property at the beginning of the year at 128 nevil hills right next door to Marco Polo. Close proximity to IT Park and SM Seaside.

very affordable.. is this condo a dorm only for college students? and did she say most of the college students that live there are from India?

Hi there are some older people living there also. The university name is Indiana .The school is within walking distance to the condos, so it makes it easier I would imagine to have longer term rents. Thanks for the comment

Did they say how much the 1 bdr were renting for and how much the condo fees were?

As an investment, it will take about 17 years of renting it out to get your money back. This sounds too long for me.

typical dorm for students in mactan - pricey lol, its too small even for a studio. Indiana Aerospace is it a US affiliated aviation school ? btw the tubes are inside the rooms are digusting practice for lazy filipino consstruction will never consider it.
