Thanks so much for this series! Been a tunnel rat for over a year now, this warm up info is very much appreciated! Really hoping this series continues, possibly with some conditioning workouts for the tunnel? The muscle groups used for flying are so obscure and specific, quality content like this is very hard to come by! Would even consider paying for it.

This is a ton of pressure applied on joints while your body is not warmed up. Tendinitis can happen quickly if you do those kind of drills without warming up before. I definitively would not recommend that as a warm up in the morning. Running, rope jumping, or something equivalent first, then you can do this kind of drills.
