I just finished installing a $200,000 sound system in a mega church. We powered it up and I put in this video on my iPhone. Construction was still going on in the building. With in seconds of your singing starting it got quiet. One after another tradesmen stopped welding, hammering, drilling. Everyone stopped everything and just listened to your song. I've NEVER seen that happen before. Even when I test the fire alarm and the system is wailing people keep working. It was eerie seeing 40-50 rough looking construction guys watching you on the jumbo screen absolutely stunned. Good work young lady.

TLDR: Connie’s pretty dang awesome! 😁😉🤙🏼 I 100% knew what this song meant, to her and to us as her fans when I first heard it on Champions. Her performance was truly stunning…truly unforgettable as she stood up and smiled and bowed during the standing ovation after finishing one of the best performances I have ever seen on any talent show…AGT, BGT, The Voice, Idol, etc., and it was an Original, folks! Does anyone who reads this agree with me?! That I have never seen a performer seem more like a goddess upon completion of her performance than Connie did in that moment. It was honestly quite magical. I’m a 48 year old white male American construction worker, not generally considered to be the most inclined towards flowery prose or imagery of Disney princesses come-to-life…but Connie has done it. The live performance of this song was inspiration personified! Not only because she is staggeringly beautiful, but because of her style: so exquisite…forward-looking and classic at the same time…and that goes for both what she wears and how she looks, as well as what she performs and how she performs it! Now if her beauty is the cherry on top and her style is the silky drizzling of caramel, then the vibrant, rich and creamy ice cream, the body of the treat that is a Connie Talbot performance has to be her hard-work, her craftsmanship, her talent, and her ability to bring us together and lift us up at the same time. Touring the US would give her the greatest boost possible. Perhaps collaborating with other independent artists to increase the audience draw, similar to her appearance in the the UK with Boyce Avenue. Look at the Itune and Spotify sales and play charts and it's obvious the US is the biggest consumer market. She goes to Asia and performs in the UK regularly, but the last time she had a show in the US was during the ill fated CT Artists deal. Other than that, I don't think she done any venues in the US. I wonder why?

Watching another KZbin "Then &Now" video this morning was my introduction to this little girl missing all of her front teeth singing Somewhere Over The Rainbow, acapella no less, that would've made Eva proud. Then it's followed up by a performance by a now gorgeous young woman who's voice has become what I expected it to be judging by what I had just seen, simply amazing. As I was listening to that angelic voice I thought who's song is that she's covering, why can't I put my finger on it because it's a huge hit, right? Then I here it's an original song! For me, there's a lot of great singers out there, but true talent and art come from those who create. So I think that it must have been a performance from a few years ago and that I had heard your song at some point even thought I haven't kept up on the music scene for quite a few years. So I Google your name to see how big of a star you are now..... All I can say is all the so-called music producers and music industry executives usually don't pass up mega hits like Never Give Up On Us. Having not signed you is beyond my comprehension! But then again I don't try to comprehend "stupid"! You're beautiful, talented and just keep going, it'll happen!
