Jim. The Bane of our Trades are 6' long refrigerant hoses and their manifolds. We started using analog/electronic attachments using a 6" hose and quick connects. On Refrigeration, we use these tools without any hose at all. Reducing refrigerant charges via testing during maintenance processes should be Codified IMO by ICC and others. See you soon.
