This is awesome to read! I'm only now fixing to start the full diet. I've been vegan gluten free for a while but still sick, I know this is the perfect step to finally be healthy! The ungodly amounts of soy I was eating is definitely not good.

I haven't even gone vegetarian let alone vegan yet but I would suggest being a healthy vegan requires growing everything yourself. Mushrooms are the most fruitful and most vegetables are super easy if you know your climate.
