The world old is subjective and it wasn't meant to be taken as literal. I meant older individuals. Not people in their late teens or 20s who think their bodies are indestructible.

@@ConstantlyVariedFitness Thank you for your reply. Not trying to bash you. Just looking for a youtube channel with some modified programming for seniors (50's and 60's).
