One of the ways how to stop constipation is to make sure you drink enough water and avoid dehydration. Chronic constipation is one of the signs of dehydration but also may indicate that you are eating processed foods. Eating more high fiber plant based foods will naturally add more water to your diet and help you better eliminate.
