Absolutely. ...as a side note I think Yannis should teach Simon French as they spend all these hours and days together. It doesn't seem like Yannis knows a lot of English so it must be lonely/frustrating/isolating, to not be able to communicate adequately with someone you spend so much time with.

Billy, Ryan, Simon, Yannis, and Alex did a great job. Ryan was a great Master of Ceremonies and taught us many things about the convent. We were able to learn instead of just watching someone work. Ryan seems to like teaching about the convent and the many secrets it has to tell. Don’t lose the cast of the show. Welcome Back!

It's the difference between being shown what to do and taught how to do it. Simon is exceptional however yanis is like a sponge and all these skills he has learnt are transferable.. he will be knowledgeable at alot of trades by the end of this project.

Another great episode! Someone please remind me, what is the name of Alex's sweet pup? Ryan, you are a FANTASTIC host of the series!!! I think Billy can easily use his time for other things, now & then, & turn host duties over to you. I know absolutely nothing about construction (worked 40 years as a mental health RN, became disabled & had to retire early). I really enjoyed Simon explaining the detailed steps for putting up the stud work. What a craftsman! And Yanis looks different to me; his demeanor seems much more confident.
