All of her designs hold up well! I am not a fan of the island look or this kitchen design. Even tho this isn't my favorite of Sarah's work the kitchen is still nice.

Sarah’s designs are so timeless. This kitchen is not dated, nor does it belong to specific time period. The true worth of a designer is listening to your client, gently guide them when necessary and be a wealth of knowledge in creating that magical space. Well done 👍🏻

There are so many things to be afraid of in the world, but color isn't one of them. I really wonder about those people. Are their lives really that blah? I LOVE color and use it to brighten my home and my life.

I don't use color in my home, but it isn't that I am afraid of it. I can't ever figure out how to put it together and make it look good so I just don't use it. I definitely can't afford to pay someone to do it for me.

Really liked the marriage of unique and individual elements. Definitely one of my favourite projects. I love really good garden furniture indoors with the upholstered cushions. They listened to the client. This is a timeless Kitchen! The friendship is even stronger. I could watch it all over again.....

Lots of great ideas. I think the trim on the island should be darker grey though. Farmhouse kitchens can have chickens. Better than subways or bicycles.

One of my FAVORITE kitchens SR and TS have done! LOVE LOVE LOVE the accent of the barn board and all of the great antique finds! I agree with Tommy about the rug. That's the one element I would do differently.

this is probably one of her best kitchens ever! that light over the island and those boards r EPIC! i m not a white/gray person at ALL, but i loved everything and i mean everything about this project. the rug is perfect with those fantastic curtains and the lights over round table r delish. this kitchen is timeless and will be "in" for the next 100y

Sarah nailed it! Her friend said that both she and Sarah are afraid of colour. Sarah seems to enjoy colour. I would love to know in which general area of Ontario this house is located. It looks so much like the county we lived in for ten years.

Freakin' bee-yoooo-tiful! I like the vertical barn board behind the open shelf better than the diagonally-positioned board cladding the island. The carpet, curtains, and curio cabinet are perfection. The round table is good and the auction chairs are fun.

What part of this design says farmhouse? Is it the 60's atomic dandelion curtains? The rotted wood that no farmer would have in their house. My grandmother would have smacked you with her washing paddle if you'd have put that in her actual house on a real farm. Maybe the really modern cabinets and pulls? Perhaps the Florida room furniture? My mother did have a scooter as a child but it certainly wasn't hung on the wall as decor.

I absolutely love this series, love Sarah and Tommy, but have become distracted by a curiosity... did Sarah find a really cool fitted blazer with a single button and sort of a split cut away in the front, and then have it made with all different fabrics, colors, and details? It's become like a Where's Waldo game, what color and fabric will Sarah's one blazer be today?
