Same here. Sometimes you tube will recommend a video to me that I've already watched but it may have been a while so I don't realize it until I'm halfway through 😂( I typically listen to videos while I do housework or cook) So liking the video helps prevent that from happening.

I have a manual pasta machine (that I have not used yet) and I will watch your pasta making video. Your dish looks yummy amazing! How does the pasta not get mushy cooking with the meatballs for 15 minutes?

In my experience, fresh homemade pasta does not work well when you throw it into a one pot meal without boiling it first - it does turn to mush! But if you boil it all dente first it’s good to go. Now, if you dry your homemade pasta before using it, then it does work in one pot meals!

Do you use ground pork, or pork sausage (like Jimmy Dean’s)?

The original recipie are just salt and whitepepper and 1 egg, and 1 onion ,depending off what kind of mest you use you can have som breadcrumbs.Boil potatis and make som " gravey" and lingonberry !!!!
