For anyone wondering what that long review said, it basically said that he was married but his wife left him and he was depressed and we was suicidal but he found this game and it gave him joy and happiness. Now he has 3 kids and he and his wife got together again

Some fun facts about this game: It started out as a parody about game mechanics 7 years ago until people un-ironically enjoyed it. That’s when he updated the graphics and made it a truly influential browser game. Many updates and years later, the Steam version kinda came out of nowhere, with C418, the creator of the first two albums of the Minecraft OST, spearheading the soundtrack of this game.

This reminds me of a story. Back in middle school they gave us personal iPads to use during the school day and at one point Cookie Clicker was the hot new thing that everyone was playing, so much to the point that people would leave tabs open so they can gain cookies overnight when we had to return them after school. Sadly so many people where playing it and stretching out the internet bandwidth (which was shared between three schools in the district) so eventually the school staff started issuing out write-ups or even detentions if you were caught playing. So many people got in trouble, but fortunately I didn’t care about the game so this new policy didn’t matter to me.

I was at an all day production rehersal maybe 2-3 years ago when I was 12 and I wasnt a main character as it was my first show so I spend the majority of the 8 hours sitting down and playing this game getting as many auto clicks, grandmas, famrs, factories ect until it was my turn to reherse and came back with my cookie clicks so high i couldnt even read the number and my clicks per second were at around a billion.

I know the 2 best/ fastest ways to get cookies, and it dose not involve playing fair. 1. This way you can get an acivement, you have to hack cookies in. Right click with mouse, go to inspect, go to console, enter Game.Earn (number of cookies in this space). 2. Get an autoclicker and buy upgrades constantly.
