Fish broth is more water no macaroni use spagetti instead and break to size for spoon to pick up and no provision that's a fish soup with calallo bush. Nice try though

I think EVERYONE including you knows it is a SOUP, no question about that . He said he was making a Broth and he ended with a Soup. This is not a recipe it is a guy saying and doing something. FYI , in Guyana if a Soup is made outside like this one is , it is called a Braff or a 'Boil Up ' . Both of those words can mean a Soup or a Broth. If the Soup is made in a kitchen inside it is called a Soup, but if it is made outside like this one it is never referred to as a Soup, it is always called a Braff or Boil Up.

A very nice video, although I do not eat that type of fish. Your yard is clean and well kept, thats very nice, the guy who is doing the actual cooking seems to know what hes doing . I agreed with him that you do need to.wash the fish with limes and throw away the water before you put it into the pot. Its really nice to see the fun you guys are having while cooking. It reminds me of my childhood days in Wakenaam. Although I wouldn't eat that dish, it looks amazing. The woman in the background should let the guy do his thing. I dislike doing things with dictators around. Next time let her stay inside and stop controlling the chef. Love from Toronto to my fellow Guyanese people. 🇨🇦🇬🇾❤

This is called drop duff for soups this is how my powah taught me at the very end of the cooking drop in the duff and turn the fire off it will cook so fluffy inside

That cannot be anything else, but delicious. You guys are too funny, but having a real good time though. Nice job on the braf, but real fish braf is only a couple potato, green banana and fish maybe a couple okra, some salt butter and lime. Thats a lot of stuff you guys put in there. I know its just a different version and it will be delicious the way you made it because I add a lot of stuff like that sometimes too. But I love how you guys work together, it makes the pot sweeter. I still want some though. let me know where you are next time so I can get a taste.

That's not a fish broth. The ingredients used are supposed to bring out the flavor of th the main in ingreat, as in this case fish. When you add starchy ingrendents, it absorbs the goodness of th saucy taste of the fish.
