In the summer We do fried green tomatoes on toasted homemade sourdough with our farm raised bacon (sometimes smoked Bacon) with fresh butter lettuce & dukes Mayo. A fancy BLT. You need to try this. GOD BLESS from West Central Indiana Farmland

I too love steak salad and I use vinegerette dressing. The kidney bean stew look good. Great way to use kidney beans I will try this for sure. Happy New Year to you and Susan!
