Had my wife come in and watch this. She is the better cook in the house. Just need spinach and red bell pepper added to our provisions. Been prepping for the coming lockdown here in Florida. Crazy how so many shelves in the supermarkets are empty right now. By Monday, the state quarantine will probably be announced, so I'm making a run to the store tomorrow after work. While wearing my nitrile gloves of course (provided by my employer). Plus filling my cart with wine...since it compliments every dish you create. Stay safe!

I love that you always tell us what the ounces are instead of just the grams. That helps us SO much here in the States. Also, I had no idea my own recipes were so Spanish. Maybe that's why I've enjoyed your cooking so much. However, you've introduced me to smoked paprika. I hardly ever used that. Now I am and I love it!

Made this, but added more (of the same) vegetables and some chicken stock. It was so good. I served this with lemon for each portion (i used almost 1/2 lemon in mine!) and parmesan cheese on top. So good. One thing that always surprises me is how much the spinach shrinks down to almost nothing when in a soup! Tenemos nuestra casa ya lista, esperándonos en Cantabria, pero estamos plantados en los EEUU. Pronto estaremos ya para quedarnos, en tu país que tanto queremos. ¡Olé! I've cooked this a couple of times, and we were NOT disappointed....it is really great....my son loves it and once upon his request, I added some sauteed chicken in olive oil and paprika to this.....but, with or without the chicken, it's fabulous....thanks for this!
