We too share same ancestry Rockey Ji. Maternal side Rawalpindi Pakistan instead and paternal family members Lahore Gujrat Gujrawala . And Brewing background Jai Mohyal we Mohyal cook in house 🏡 in same recepie as grandmother from Peshawar Pakistan

This is called mutton rosh but original rosh is made from dumba gosht because dumba tail has lot of charbi called chakki l khow because my naanke and daadke both are from Peshawar

Nice one. Back in namak mandi it's cooked in sheep/lamb lard. Chillies and crushed peppercorn and garlic water. Mazaa aa jata hai. Citrus is an interesting addition in this.

@@MrRockyMohan Yes it does. Ideally lard/oil cooking with raw meat in it gives a beautiful texture and colour to the meat. Usually done in higher flame in the eateries. Good recipes on your channel sir. Lots of love ❤️
