I’ve made this before and it’s so delicious. I stored my cut pieces in the freezer and loved the coolness and texture. They don’t freeze solid so it was perfect.

UPDATE! I made these this week! 😃 I left mine slightly less done, barely any browning, just wanted to see what it would be like. The finished texture was very foam rubber, spongey fun! I’ve never had anything quite like it. Chilled, I really enjoyed them! The effort-to-tasty ratio was excellent. Yummy fun, almost no effort on a very busy week. The more I had, the more I craved that texture - they’re fun to eat 🙂 I’m excited to make these again and experiment with pie fillings, maybe even an equal amount of some kind of jam. And they’re pretty sweet, but I couldn’t help thinking of making a lemon drizzle icing to make them insanely sweet. Thank you for sharing this recipe! 😃✨

Happy New Year!! Sorry you both weren’t feeling well. I don’t know if I have ever seen a can of lemon pie filling g here. I seen box stuff and I do t know if I ever seen a box of cake mix that was just add water. Like wow. The USA has everything that’s pretty cool. Wow look at the size of that lol. Looked awesome Anna.
