ෆලුඩා කියන්නෙ අපි හැමෝම බොන්න කැමති බීමක්නෙ. ඉතින් මේ උත්සව සමයට ගෙදරට එන අමුත්තන්ට කන්න හදමුද

Faluda/ Falooda Pudding
හදන්නත් හරිම ලේසියි වගේම. කාපු අයගෙන් ඔයාලට රස වැහෙන කමෙන්ට්ස් ටිකකුත් ලැබෙයි අනිවාර්යයෙන්ම. මොකද මේක ඇත්තටම හරිම රස පුඩිමක්. පැණි රස වුණත් අවශ්‍ය විදිහට අඩු වැඩි කරල හදාගන්න පුලුවන්.
හදන විදිහ පැහැදිලිව මේ වීඩියෝවෙන්.
Ingredients අවශ්‍යද්‍රව්‍ය :
Fresh Milk කිරි 1L
Rose Syrup රෝස් සිරප් 100ml
Basil Seeds as you need කස ඇට (2tbsp)
Gelatine ජෙලටීන් 4tbsp
Sugar for your taste සීනි අවශ්‍ය පමණට

ජෙලටීන් වෙනුවට අගාර් අගාර් (Agar Agar), චයිනා මොස් (China Moss) හෝ ජෙලටින් ශිට් (Gelatine sheets) පාවිච්චි කරන්න හිතන් ඉන්නව නන් ඔයාලා ඒ පැකට් වල ගහල තියෙන විදිහට ලීටරයක් සෙට් වෙන්න අවශ්‍ය පමණට, ඒව එකතු කර ගන්න. මොකද එක එක ජාතියේ ඝනත්වය, සාන්ද්‍රණය ස්වභාවය වෙනස් නිසා අවශ්‍ය ප්‍රමාණය මට තීරණය කරන්න අමාරුයි.❤️
