I've made it from scratch several time & its time consuming however the finish muffins is delicious( I'll make about muffin pan & loaf ). Now I'll try with jiffy ,no can yams ( it takes no time to boil sweet potatoes). She lost me with the can yams ...just not my preference

Just my spouse and I, so I only make up a single boxful. For those who are afraid do use jiffy corn mix because it has pork in it. They had a vegetarian brand and you can follow the same recipe and I just now made some and it is beautiful and delicious.

Omg ! I’m so happy I found your video. I wanted to make this for weeks and finally had the chance and was upset because all the videos I came across had all these ingredients I didn’t have. With your recipe only thing I didn’t have was the condense milk and nutmeg. So I added white sugar.
