Id say this is for kids who want something like this with parents who have no idea how to setup something like an odin or retroid pocket with no games installed on arrival. Still ins not like there arent other options like this that are better techwise and with games preloaded.

Not necessarily a bad product, i just don't get who these are marketed for 🤷‍♂️. When you mentioned the unused 2nd stick my initial thought was they've included it so you can add more games, but it appears not 🙄.

I struggle to understand the market this is intended for myself. It really feels like Unico slapped their name onto an existing product and then just loaded some SNK games on it quickly and sent it out the door.

This needed to LOOK more "neo geo". Like a Neo Geo game pad with a clicky stick and a screen in the middle or something like that.

Excellent upload you posted with us on the Unico Pocket Cooltoy. Looks interesting and think it's holds up alright it if you can deal with the drawbacks on the piece... @@cwafflestx not currently planning on it. It’s a lot of time and money for me to invest to go out there, and this year I can only think of maybe one or two things I’m even interested in seeing at the show.

I feel like they didn't make this design, they probably got already manufactured console and hid the sd card port. I bet if you open it there is an open slot for one.

It's intended to be portable for play in the go or work break etc. you can't do that with the mini unfortunately. The other feedback was taken into consideration for possible update to fix things. Turn on and off blood in games with blood. Filters like Pixel Perfect staying on in menu Controller support for player two via type c Finally fix screen blanking when you accidentally hit select in game play

@@jaymason9888 I understand the portable play for on the go selling point, but the odd inclusion of a useless analog stick makes the product feel like it was just rubber stamped and sent out the door without much thought. If the other things can be corrected with an update that would be nice, but I think a redesign of the device itself would speak more to the NEO GEO fans as a whole.

Thanks for this Video. I think The legal gaming and portable part is nice. But i am a Fan (have mvsx, asp pro, 2 x Minis , and Order The Pocket to Europe Germany ;). The good part is you have your own (Eco system ;))... Hey and we have Mai Shiranui ❤🎉

How hard is it to make an AES replica console? Hell, they can sell separately pseudo carts similar to Evercade and make money hand over fist. Nah, they'd rather make a fugly handheld and slap that shitty logo all over it and call it a day. Bunch of clowns.
