This surprisingly worked each time I tried this exercise! I've been diagnosed with COPD @ 36 yo (asthma), and came down with a cold that likes to settle in my lungs. Tried this to break it up - and even if it was just a little bit, I got phlegm to come up! Thank you!

I have emphysema, now from last month I have mucus which is stubborn & not going. When I take methylprednisolone, mucus reduces but once I stop taking medicine, mucus increases & then it gives shortness of breath. What to do? I am 57 years old.
