Love the videos. Everything is shown on the screen. He is direct to the point and explains everything. And a very clean chef and a clean kitchen. He never touched anything with meat hands, and hands were kept clean and one hand with glove on was used to turn meat and the other holding seasonings👍. And like the fact that on a video he said you put the amount of seasoning to your liking, to each their own.
