I love to create in general. I’ve been a chef before doing pilates and it’s always been the creativity that interested me, even when cooking! 🤩

This is a fun and challenging sequence! I am struggling to keep the ball still when I am on my knees with the lower legs up and against it. The ball rolls away behind me. Any tips please?

Hi Eve, thanks for your comment. Best you can do is to keep your core engage to gain stability and curl your foot around the ball. It is completely part of the challenge that the ball is moving though, but if you keep doing it, it should improve! So keep going! 👍💪😘
