Thank you for such an amazing workout. I loved the stretching and strengthening components of all the moves. The beautiful beach scenery also helped distract from the burn. Thanks again!

Hey there! To answer your question a couple of ways.. you don't have to have a warm-up leading into this workout as it starts slowly and gets you there.
