Interested in giving some of these a go. In my 50s now and had to give up boxing in my late teens after a detached retina. Be good to get back into shape properly again. I'm not out of shape but not anywhere near boxing shape.

What do you think about weighted ab rollouts? Putting a weightplate of 2,5-5 kg on your upper back. Can do 20 normal ones and they aren't challenging anymore

Have you tried doing them from standing and rolling all the way to flat?

@@bent-b7791 I tried. They are still too hard. Need a progression in between

Good one! Danny mate, did you got a child recently or you are overdoing the benders ? :D Those eye bags used to look different! Respect bro all jokes aside.

First off, I respect your knowledge and value your videos, but I think your missing the point on why Tyson, Pac and May do countless crunches, it's to harden their abs to be able to absorb body punches. I understand the importance on keeping the whole core strong but countless crunches has its place

Doing isometrics should do the job better than bazillion crunches I think

I think its for cardio, to not overuse your legs for running, for abs endurance, and for mental toughness

This doesn’t work.. my brother tried your routine and his abs weren’t bulletproof. He was a pretty cool guy too. When he wasn’t hungry anyway
