It seemed like they said the kid died over a week after that treadmill video, which in my opinion wasn't all that terrible. The kid wasn't hurt he stood up and jumped back on the treadmill and ran. It is my belief that Corey was horrifically abused for the entire 2 years Christopher had any custody of Corey; the treadmill incident wasn’t even a fraction of the abhorrent abuse that sweet little guy was subjected to. I truly hope he is at peace somewhere, surrounded by love and happiness.

The doctor who examined the autopsy report testified that Corey didn't have sepsis. He died of blunt force trauma that occured during the last five hours before his death. He said that everything definitely pointed to that.

That’s why he came into the little boy’s life later on. She didn’t go after him for child support the system went after him for child support. I believe she was initially filing for welfare or some type of assistance. Also, he only took that little boy because he didn’t want to pay child support his cheap ass. He didn’t care about that little boy sadly. He should’ve just left him with his mom. He would’ve been alive. She ain’t perfect, but she didn’t kill her baby. I believe a big part of the reason why he was able to take Corey away so swiftly aside from the drugs is the fact that his family has money they could afford to go back-and-forth in court.

Sepsis would not cause body spasms to cause that type of bruising or internal injuries. He could have gone septic from slowly bleeding internally from the severe internal injuries he had in different stages that show he had multiple injuries happening on several different days.

@sunnystormy4973, I've done Child protective services in two different states and can verify that the system was too broken to protect children in either state. I reached the point I couldn't eat or sleep because I could see the state was going to return children to their parents even though they continued to demonstrate that they were not capable of providing a safe environment for their children. When I testified in court re: brothers who were 4 and 5 not being safe with their father, I was called a "home wrecker" by the the district attorney for doing an emergency removal on a Friday evening after their father locked them inside the bedroom of the family's mobile home and set fire to it. Thank God I was able to get the local Sheriff's department there before the boys perished and dad who was on a lot of drugs, decided to kill me. He had promised to kill me and I fully believed he meant to keep that promise. I wrote a long letter to my department and tendered my resignation. The last I heard from a family member that still lives in the area, the children's grandfather remains both politically connected and extremely corrupt. My relative didn't know if either of the children were still alive.

Hi Vinnie, I am so enraged! How many more children needs to die before juries send them all to the gallows. Perhaps when they understand its automatic death sentence once found guilty. Those google searches 😳 Googling how long it takes to file MURDER charges is almost an admission of guilt. Especially since he then put his phone in airplane mode in an attempt to run & not be tracked by LE. He’s def not the smartest guy in the room 🤦‍♀️
