In a free state; such as, the U.S.A.there is no legal public policy regarding someone's health, since they are free to practice whatever lifestyle they wish, as long as it does not infringe upon another person's freedom. An example would be a person decides to smoke and that smoke enters another person's lungs whom wishes not to inhale it. The U.S. Constitution does not give the U.S. Congress the power to make laws regarding medicine and education. The third president of the U.S., Thomas Jefferson, attempted to amend the U.S. Constitution by adding education as a power for U.S. Congress to pass laws, but his attempt was not successful. It wasn't until president Jimmy Carter that the Dept. Education was illegally created by violating the U.S. constitution.

Yip this was a great video Dr Berg! Thing is though is that VIRUSES DON'T SPREAD PERSON TO PERSON, they are made inside a body that is too toxic & sick & rundown with low immunity. A virus is like a solvent made by your body to strip all the nasties out. It's actually a good thing a stressed body does. Only way to get a virus from another human or animal In you is to inject it in. DO YOUR RESEARCH PPL.....We have all long been brainwashed starting back with the Spanish flu were ppl actually died from the vaccine with the virus injected into them (again I've long been researching this).

Some of the MSM are being very negitive and cousing people to stress out. Namely our president. The Anerican people need to stop watching them and believing in their extreme crazy bias. It's like they are getting paid by foriegn governments to do this. Our president trys to put out positivity and it works but then the MSM just digs in with craziness and out of context and even if he does say something not perfect they go crazy. I never once heard our president say something not perfect and anything bad happened. The NSM lies and miss informs us constantly. I lsten to the radio or try to watch positive press conferences and it great info until tge press raises everyone's blood pressure and for what? Hi, I went to my local health food store the other day and was talking with an employee about something that would help with anxiety and she suggested Ashwagandha, but I didn't purchase it because I had not researched it. I've long used many supplements and believe in their benefit, but this one I've never tried. Could you please tell me how it makes you feel? Specifically, can it actually make your muscles relax? My anxiety can cause hyperventilation and muscles from throat to mid-section get very tensed. I would love to find something natural that would help prevent that. Thank you.

But for real, I think all of those points are so valid because my last job I was CONSTANTLY sick, every meeting we had (monthly) I would go to it with some sort of cold I was getting over and that was the most stressful job I ever had and I was working out every day and eating healthy still. I'm still doing 2MAD and keto, and getting a daily walk of 30-90 minutes, except Thursday and Friday, when it was snowing. I shoved snow instead, by hand. I've been doing that to replace my walks the last couple years. I think I've used the snowblower once during that time. Walking or moving snow is a good chance for mindful meditation or listening to a health-related podcast like *_Low Carb MD_* (which I heartily recommend.)

I've long appreciated all your videos and the wealth of information that you have provided and continue to provide, free of charge, to millions of viewers. And while everything you say in this video makes perfect sense . . . please bear in mind that millions and millions of people are naturally prone to stress and anxiety and cannot just turn it off and completely think differently about the world and their circumstances. I do agree that they can turn off the news and get their attention off of certain things that cause stress. But that's not the entire solution. Most people do not have the wealth you enjoy, Dr. Berg, that allows you to buy the healthiest foods such as wild caught salmon and organic this and grass-fed that. They do not have the safety and security of a comfortable home and the privilege of staying home long-term as you do. So while there ARE some things everyday working people can do to try and reduce their stress, it's for sure that they don't have the circumstances and resources for being able to eat perfectly healthy and just kick back and relax.

Great video once again! The only downside is that you should provide some examples of acute stress next time you mention it, so we can have a better vision about the differences between the two. if i'd give my 2 cents, i'd say that acute stress is something like a cold shower, or intense workout. if i am to search on google about it, i find that acute stress is an immediate stress that doesn't stay for too long, like taking a test, having to answer an immediate phone call, being pulled over by police, etc.. this can also be physical, like a cold shower, but only HIT workouts might be in this category (because other workouts can take even 30-90 minutes)
