I agree this would be a nice addition. It doesn't make much difference to me because I normally have my phone on me but I think it would be really useful for those that don't carry a phone.

Thinking of swapping my epix pro 51mm to this - I want an amoled that is lightweight - what do you think?

I have never used the Epix Pro but this fits the bill for a lightweight amoled. I am yet to hear of anyone disappointed by the Pace Pro. It's a great watch and with further testing I am really happy with it.

I'm contemplating making the jump from Garmin to Coros, but just trying to get my head around the HR thing. I use a Garmin branded chest strap at the moment, but you're talking about an arm-strap - is that from Coros themselves? Would you say it's as accurate as a chest strap?

How easy is it to use the maps function, etc.

It's really easy. You can either download routes or build your own. Then you can easily follow them on the watch using the maps function.

I only use this watch. I've never had an Apple Watch and find the COROS does everything I need it to.
