Damned if you do, damned if you don't. In India if you die, it is just considered a statistic, not a loss of life. Apathy is what society runs on. Corporate culture is just a representation of the society around us. There is 0 incentive in taking risks, if you fail everyone including parents(not all, also not fully their fault) will make you feel like you have commited a crime beyond imagination. They talk about taking the "safe route", in reality the safe route is living with abysmal mental health, maladaptive relationships because of dissatisfaction in job which literally takes away 70% of our waking hours including commute. The only way is to.find something meaningful to do, and take calculated risks and believe in yourself even when no one does. Remember you are doing a great job of self realisation that your life should be.more meaningful than this which in this country most don't and live for money. after come back ML didn't get project and after 1 month mapped in PIP we can say pip cum torture... After that they said give resign as they don't want to terminate blaa blaa.. now i am jobless even i have 5.10 years of experience previous company was wipro and current company was infosys ...same issue as you have .they provide faciliy like hybrid mode but still same work pressure if we talk about devlopment team the people are working till night at 11 o clock from morng ...then also unable to achieving the target or hardly achieve the target ... Employee are so frustrated ... May be only management is bad don't know
